Lovely hotel with fantastic lake view walkable to the city takes around 15 minutes but be warned as the shortest route is a rough forest path which is very steep in parts. Hotel staff pleasant but we found the service could be a little slow.

Our extended family rented the large villa home on the property. It was so beautiful and much larger than we even expected. The staff was lovely, and accommodating, especially Zoe. As for the rest of the property, it was simply beautiful. I’d love to try the hotel restaurant and spa on property on our next trip. We would love to stay there again and recommend the house villa for large families. Absolutely made our stay in Annecy a wonderful experience.

Beautiful spot with great staff although as a Canadian be aware of how the pricing and menu is displayed. We were hit with a very large bill due to misunderstanding.

Luxurious hotel with attentive staff in a wonderful location. Close enough to enjoy Annecy but far enough away to feel tranquil and relaxing. My only negative is that we weren’t given any information at check in and there are some hidden extras - for example breakfast is not included in the price and is €25 per person per day, we were not told this in advance and so the €150 on our room at the end of the stay was a bit of a shock. To park in the hotel car park is also extra although you can park for free on the road.

It’s a lovely hotel, our bedroom was basic and decoration a bit dated. The staff were very nice, but best of all the location was lovely- views and a short walk in daylight through the forest. The food was very expensive in relation to the hotel - and difficult for us as we were a mix of vegetarians and other needs. It was a great experience and value for money. Great hot chocolate- in the best cups and saucers.

A beautiful hotel nestled in a stunning landscape. We truly enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful, restful, and relaxing. That said, I was disappointed by the additional cost to access the spa, which is €20 per person, per hour. Given the relatively small size of the spa, charging guests by the hour felt a bit excessive, which deterred us from using the spa. The breakfast was also underwhelming, especially at €25 per person. Overall, the hotel itself is lovely, but some of the service pricing feels steeper than warranted.
