We'd Love To Go Back

This was a wonderful home base for our adventures in Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore and the surrounding areas. Lake Ann was beautiful, and we loved being able to walk to the restaurant, store, and park!

So, this is tough because, overall, it met the needs of our family, especially booking on short notice. Property was as described and easy communication. However, one big downside, there is a taproom next door with outdoor music. The music wasn't so loud necessarily but was hard to escape the bass beat thrumming through the afternoon into the nighttime hours. If you like live music and can stay up late, this is a great place. However, if you plan in sleeping earlier than 11pm, you need to be able to sleep with earplugs, etc... I managed but it was still distracting.
