Lovely stay here… More beautiful than words can capture! Staff is wonderful and trustworthy. *Suggestions for hotel: the pillows seem really really old and clumpy and the sheets are scratchy -There are ways to upgrade that are not too terribly expensive! To Travelers, don’t depend on the restaurant for all meals. Wonderful place!

This property is an Oasis in the desert and against Big Bend National Park. The staff are amazing in every way possible, going out of their way with a smile on there face. The food was amazing and the grounds were well kept and lush. The room was spotless and the bed was so very comfortable. Can't wait to go back.

Some of the staff were less than helpful, I felt that the restaurant and bar staff were not well trained, at 4:30 pm they wouldn’t serve us because they were changing their lunch menu to dinner menu at 5:00pm at the bar we were the only guests and our son was not allowed to seat in, the sign posted at the door said no minors after 5:00pm, the room AC was very loud and the pool water chemicals were very harsh on our eyes, great architecture and the decor was very nicely done, the cleaning staff and front desk staff were very friendly and professional

The place is beautiful, but the mattresses sink horribly! We were hoping to get a good night sleep and it was impossible , They AC is fixed, we couldn’t adjust it to cooler temperature. The restaurant food is not savory at all! I ended ordering from the bakery the hot wings and those were good. Place is good for a day to explore, that was our experience!
