Castagni I + Castagni II is a 7-room vacation rental spanning approximately 200 m2 across 2 levels, designed to welcome up to 11 guests, including adults and 1 child, across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The ground floor is thoughtfully arranged to offer both living and sleeping spaces. A first living and sleeping room features 2 sofa beds and satellite TV, providing a comfortable and versatile area for relaxation. Adjacent to it, a small open dining room is equipped with an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table, with direct access to the terrace. A second living and sleeping room on this level includes 1 sleeping facility, an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and satellite TV, with a door leading out to the garden. Also on the ground floor, there is a bedroom furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm, accompanied by a private shower and WC, as well as a small kitchen fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. An additional shower and WC is also available on this level. Please note that 1 double bedroom is located outside the main apartment unit.

The upper floor hosts 3 bedrooms, each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 80 cm. A shared bathroom on this floor includes a bath, bidet, and WC.
