Upstairs, in the attic, there are two bedrooms with king-size beds that can be split into singles on request, plus a full bathroom with shower. One bedroom also features a walk-in closet. The apartment offers underfloor cooling with dehumidification, fast Wi-Fi, and two 65-inch TVs. Free parking, shared laundry with washer and dryer, and a communal garden with loungers are available.
