One night

There is no heating in room, contrary to web site saying heatn is available. Hotwater from sink was hotter than from shower! Ended using sink tap to shower.Even windows do not open. Hotel is generally tired looking. Noisy corridor. Locaton of hotel is very good, Staff were very good and service was 10/10. My gripe is the room!
Stayed 1 night in Jan 2025
