Nightmare experience

This hotel did not honor hotels.com booking. I was stuck with a non-refundable booking and had to pay hotel rack rate to check in. I’ve not received any refund from hotels.com or the hotel. In addition, hotels.com support was not able to process refund or even answer my queries. Terrible experience. Never using this service or this hotel.
