This is an older property without any modern touches—but it was clean, well-maintained, peaceful and the view from our balcony was spectacular. It was convenient having the the restaurant nearby which had a lively vibe, great food and staff— and a plaza with small shops a short drive away.

We had a partial view from the patio of our ground floor king studio which, though small, was well-equipped and comfortable. Great location, right in front of the beach. The yard was very green and full of plants. The room was clean and we ll maintained. As it happens on Maui, we had a power outage but we had some electric candles in the room which was a nice touch. No breakfast provided but walking distance to two really nice breakfast spots

The whole experience of the Marian was excellent !! To start off the staff were very friendly. The rooms are very clean, cute and roomie with a full size frig and kitchenette. Bathroom look very updated and bed was very comfy. Unfortunately rooms on 1st floor can hear Heavy feet request 2nd if you can. Beach on Napilli bay was fantastic with an excellent walkable restaurant Sea House. I definitely will stay here again!!
