Professionally decorated 2bd ocean view condo

Papakea G302 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the third floor and can accommodate up to 6 guests. In the living room, you will find a Queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests. You will also find a flat screen TV with cable and DVD player, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Each bedroom including the living room has its own split A/C unit and ceiling fans throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking meals in-house. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King size bed, ocean views, and an en suite bathroom with shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom offers two Twin size beds, which can be combined into a King bed if preferred. In the hallway, you will find a guest bathroom with shower. Additionally, a Queen size sleeper sofa with a brand new 5.5” Memory Foam mattress is found in the living room. This condo also includes a washer and dryer and complimentary WiFi. Beautiful ocean and sunset views await! This single-story, spacious condo offers views of the Pacific, Molokai and Lanai from the living room, master bedroom and lanai.

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. · Seawall Repair Project (Phase 2): Dates 10/12/26 to 7/31/27. Scope of work: Replace rocks along the ocean side of the seawall and backfill the sinkholes that have developed adjacent to the seawall. General Construction hours: 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. Oceanside rock restoration schedule depends on daily tide and ocean conditions. Construction will begin near the Molokai shuffleboard area and is expected to continue there into early 2027. Work is expected to proceed towards Building L until complete.

Posted 9/24/26: The Lanai putting greens will be closed for maintenance from 9/29-11/10/26. The Molokai putting greens will be available during the Lanai service maintenance.

Great stay!

Great location with beautiful sunset views. Clean suite and easy check-in process. We really enjoyed the pool, pickle ball and hot tub. We would have appreciated more reasonable supply of dish soap/toilet paper/laundry soap. Would recommend!

Great little Condo

This unit has all you need for a great family vacation. The location of the unit has a partial ocean view from the master bedroom and patio. Kitchen fully stocked with all you need for a meal for 6.

Onsite resort staff - AMAZING

The condo was exactly what we had envisioned. Very comfortable for a family of 4 and included everything necessary for days at the beach. The staff at the property were extremely friendly and worked constantly to keep the entire property clean! We were stranded at this property during the early days of the terrible fire and the resort staff did everything they could to keep guests informed and as comfortable as possible.

Papakea Resort G302

We had a great time during our stay at Papakea Resort. The grounds were beautiful and so well kept. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed (the only additional item that would have been nice to have is a small cooler to use during our stay). We loved walking to the boardwalk and spending time at the restaurants and beach. My Perfect Stays was fantastic about communicating, keeping us informed and providing activity information. Thank you for a lovely stay, we would definitely visit again.

Wonderful week!

The condo was perfect for us. The view of the ocean was great, we were able to watch a humpback whale breach one evening from our balcony. Within walking distance are several food trucks, a grocery store and Slappy Cakes which has an amazing breakfast. The parking lot seems to fill up pretty quickly, although we were able to find a parking space every evening. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if we return.

Very disappointed at checking in The girl barely gave us the time of the day Had to get the phone call while we still had questions. The grounds of the resort are beautiful making up for the non beach access. Master bedroom is nice. The rest of the unit is very small with too much clutter. Very small TV. Sorry for my honest review.

Maui Condo

Great place to stay for your Maui trip. They have beach towels and beach chairs, the condo is decorated in a great way. My checking in process was not the best, it was kinda of a rude experience and very rushed. The condo itself has AC units in the living room and in the rooms, including fans. It truly feels like a home away from home. The condo doesn't have much of a beach, it's very small. My only issue was that it was not as clean as I would like to receive a place. It is outdated in the bathrooms—but there is hot water with good pressure. Overall, I would stay here again.

Need more A/C

This place was great, nice decor, pretty view, decent pools. A few improvements are needed overall for property (seawall repair, pads for lounge chairs at pool,). The owners of this unit should invest in air conditioning units for bedrooms. Most of the days we were there there was no breeze so opening windows didn't help. It was probably close to 80 degrees inside the unit, the single window a/c didn't do the trick.

VERY NICE AND CLEAN

The condo had nice decor and clean no complaints, or maybe just one but not a big deal. the wall plug in the kitchen the left side by the sink didn't work, just mentioning it cuz the coffee pot would have been much easier to work with on that side but we couldnt do it. one more thing the carafe to the coffee maker is too small i had to hold it up to get the coffee to drip into the carafe which was an inconvenience & the spare coffee pot doesnt work at all. I suggest they buy a new coffee pot and fix that outlet. We did enjoy our stay and the comforts of the condo.

Mostly enjoyed our stay. Papakea had a quiet relaxed atmosphere, well kept grounds and pool areas and friendly, approachable staff. It was nice to have lots of family friendly activities to enjoy. The beach next door was not too busy, sandy at far end with some reef to explore. Kaanapali beach is a short walk away but we chose to drive so we could take beach gear. Close to cafes, healthy food market and groceries. We were pleased with the layout of our condo and water views from the balcony and main bedroom. On the downside, we were disappointed not having beach towels for two days and the challenge to get some after being told there were photos of them sitting on the beds. We were never supplied tea towels and a cooler arrived only after we requested it. Over all we enjoyed our stay but as our group rented other condos and had a comparison I would probably choose a different one next time.

New AC Desperately Needed

Bottom line is this unit faces directly south and is really hot even in December! The single old style AC in the living room cannot keep the suite cool enough to be comfortable. The bedrooms do not cool down, even with all the window coverings closed all day. The suite does NOT have a premium ocean view, as it looks south towards the other condos not directly at the ocean. Papakea is a fabulous condo complex in a perfect location walk able to beach, restaurants etc. The suite is nicely updated and Perfect Stays was great to deal with. But we would not rent this suite again.

Mostly great but some big drawbacks

Here are the things we liked: good location, walking distance to shops, groceries and good walking/running paths nearby, nicely, maintained grounds for the complex, oceanfront property Here are the not so good things: this condo is HOT, really hot!!! the AC cannot keep this apartment cool and if you are running the AC its so loud that you cannot have a conversation while the AC is going. This complex has salt water pools, which was a HUGE problem for our young child. Honestly, if the listing mentioned the salt water pool, I would have not booked it. This unit is on par with what you'd expect at a lower tier chain hotel, the pictures make it look a lot nicer than it is in person. We had a good time in spite of the serious shortcomings of this condo and grounds, but I feel like, for the price we paid, we did not get what was expected. I might stay at this complex again, but definitely not in this unit.

Unit G302 was OK, but a little tired.

We have stayed at Papakea several times and it never disappoints. The staff are fantastic and the property is always extremely well maintained. Unfortunately, that didn’t translate into suite G302. It felt a bit tired and in need of some maintenance/refresh. -When we checked in there was no hand soap in the bathrooms. -We had 1 single wine glass -The coffee maker didn’t work because the carafe was from a different brand of machine. -The dryer is in need of service as the as the lint trap and access panel were loose. When we brought some of the concerns the property management, they did a great job at quickly trying to address them. They were very responsive. Overall our experience was okay, but we were a little let down given the price we paid. Thanks,
