Radisson service is great and the location is nice. We stayed on the street side with VIP service, which was a nice touch. In retrospect, I would have paid for the Lagoon view; it was worth the upgrade compared to a view of the electrical units. The water temperature would never get hot. The staff and restaurant service was 5-star.

The lake view was beautiful, and I really enjoyed my stay. The staff—especially the front desk—provided outstanding customer service, which made the experience even better. However, I do have one concern: management should ensure that employees respect guests’ privacy. Everything was great, food staff in my room! Unfortunately, my last day there it seemed like they had issues with their credit card machines, which was a major thing because it wouldn’t allow any of my cards to go through even when I went to the ATM machine to pay for laundry that I had done.
