Booked for the property at eso close and they wee overbooked. I was transferred to a different property. Place is very small and tight despite whichever you room you get. All the rooms are small. If you're traveling from outside Nigeria with luggages or a family its not a good fit. Not to mention the overpriced menu.

When I showed up for the reservation which booked online days in advance they didn't have any room available when I showed up. I was transferred to a different location which was an inconvenience. I had to pay extra uber fare to get to the other location plus the room was smaller than what I booked. Im traveling from outside of Nigeria and the there was no space to put my luggages in the room or to even open up the luggages. I had to open the luggages on the bed. The rooms are very small and tight plus no outdoor space. The menu is very overpriced. The service was poor.

I dont usually leave reviews, but I feel this on is important. I would not take a shower, let alone brush teeth, as it appears as they are using untreated water which is dangerous. My hands had a toxic metallic smell after washing...so I had to use bottled water to shower! I care about Nigerian business development, so I truly hope they can resolve this issue. Also, the fridge didn’t work....so when I woke, a bunch of mini ants had attacked my expensive desserts from Paris lol 😢 On the upside, I did have a comfortable sleep, and they brought a nice breakfast for me in the morning. The woman at front desk made an effort to be helpful. I appreciated that.
