Large recently renovated 3 Bed Apartment With Pool Views & WiFi

The Marina Park is near the leisure marina in the town of Lagos in the western Algarve. It is a beautiful part of Portugal and there are many amenities close by.

The apartment was fully refurbished at the end of 2017, it has 3 spacious bedrooms (master en suite) and can sleep 7 adults in comfort, it is fully air-conditioned and has a funky self-catering dining area with all new appliances built in.

It also have a new 55'' TV (Sky, Netflix & Prime), surround sound system and modern smart lighting installed. Free high speed internet/wifi connection is also available for guests to use.

There is a large balcony where you can relax in the evenings, also there is secure allocated car parking in the basement.

The airport at Faro is only a 40 minute drive thanks to the new motorway. There are many amenities available locally such as sailing, horse riding, golf courses, fabulous restaurants, the beautiful Meia Praia sandy beach that stretches for miles and a very large shopping centre near Albufeira and the newer Aqua shopping centre in Portimao. There is also a zoo and a new water activity park in Lagoa.

Great apartment

We have stayed on this complex before and have found it to be well maintained and convenient. The beach is about 20 mins walk, town centre 15 mins and the actual Marina where there are plenty of bars and restaurants 10 mins. The complex has a pool, tennis courts, children’s play area, bar/restaurant and small mini mart. The family who run bar/restaurant are really lovely. The apartments are all similar with different furnishings etc all have lovely balconies. Brendan’s place was really really nice and he was a great host. Answered all questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Modren Apartment

Really enjoyed our stay in Marina Park, having a modern apartment with all mod cons was the icing on the cake. Everything was made so easy with prompt communication, convenient access and surprisingly large bedrooms finished to a high standard. Will I go back, definitely as the kids loved it and everything was hassle free with a shop outside the front gate and restaurant on site. The pool area is also excellent for young children as it fully enclosed and you need a pass to enter, the paddling pool was also so handy for our two year old!

Bom apartamento de férias.

Casa muito agradável, podia no entanto estar mais bem equipada. Falta uma mesa de refeição no belo terraço e falta equipamento de cozinha, nomeadamente toalhas e individuais e varinha mágica, por exemplo. Boa localização, boa piscina do condomínio, com garagem. A internet é muito boa, camas confortáveis, tv cabo e a casa de banho da suíte foi remodelada há pouco tempo. Com estas faltas de equipamento corrigidas, seria um apartamento de férias perfeito.
