Room - no towels on arrival. We had to request 3 times and the they eventually provided them. Also, the floorboards were uneven, so created a safety hazard. Further, there was a leak in the bathroom sink, so water tricked into the bedroom. Catering - everyday they had run out of filter coffee and so we had to request for coffee sachets, often multiple times, before being provided. It was as if they were being rationed. Room service - I did not order it but I noted the used, dirty plates were left in the stairway for days They were not collected after 2 days A health hazard.

What didn't go well is that I was promised a shuttle to and from the airport, and it didn't happen! Not only did it not happen, the hotel didn't't answer their phone when I arrived, so I was abandoned, late at night, at the international terminal in Lagos, NG. 😩 Two hours later I found a way to the hotel (for 30,000 NGN). And, because the hotel shuttle runs only on a schedule, not continuously or as needed, I paid another 20,000 NGN to get to the domestic terminal in the morning. This was a very bad, highly stressful and completely unacceptable, experience. 😔

Room is as expected for the price. Reception at check-in not at all welcoming. Breakfast is OK if you like Nigerian food, a huge disappointment if you don't. Overall, it's OK for a one night stay near the airport, but any longer than that? Nope.
