I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this property especially considering the price. The staff was beyond friendly, property ground clean and modern, room sizes great, shower very hot, ac worked great which is a must in Lagos. The breakfast was simple and tasteful and the common areas were open 24/7 for entertainment yet very quiet for those sleeping, great for anyone up experiencing jet lag. Would easily return.

This used to be my go-to for visits to Nigeria but it seems both the property and service has deteriorated since opening. The air conditioner in our room was blowing hot air, we barely had warm water to shower and the appliances need immediate upgrade. The staff generally treated me well and the food was delicious.

A perfectly serviceable place but you are really just paying for the security of the location. The fixtures and fittings in the room were a bit tired and the usual problems of (very) poor wifi and power cuts…
