My stay at De Lords Resort was very disappointing. Despite having already booked and paid through Expedia, the hotel did not acknowledge my reservation and insisted I pay again in Nigerian Naira before I could get a room. The room was not clean, the bedsheets appeared stained, the toilet was poorly maintained, there was water leaking from the air conditioner, and the overall condition of the room was far below expectations. To make matters worse, after I paid, they attempted to change the room arrangement and requested additional payment. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unsanitary conditions made for a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
