Coastal residence

This property is good value for money. It is a little dated, but comfortable and well equipped, with beautiful views from the lounge balcony. Unusually, there weren't any instructions in the accommodation, so we had to work out how equipment worked and any directions out for ourselves. The stunning beach was spotless and quiet with a beach bar/restaurant within a very short walk, which was perfect if you don't want to travel onto town. The nearest supermarket is about 25 minutes walk away, so a car would be recommended if catering for a family. We walked into Lagos most days and that is about 45 minutes away. There is a good selection of restaurants to choose from and a beautiful mariner to admire. The

Staying on Meia Praia Lagos.

Overall the property was good. Bathroom could have done with updating and something done about the occasional smell. We left all the plugs in which helped. Shower curtain was dark blue which made the bathroom seem dark. Gas oven had no temperature control. Patio furniture outside bedroom could not be used as was badly in need of rubbing down and repainting, or replacing with sun beds. Walls between apartments seem to be thin.

Wir hatten 2 Balkone. Blick auf das Meer. Umgebung war ruhig und sauber. Einiges in der Wohnung muss ersetzt werden. Wir kamen aber trotzdem gut zurecht mit der Wohnung. Die Vorhänge hatte Risse und die Couch ist abgenutzt. Das große Bett hat eine einzige grosse Matratze..man wackelt wenn der Ehepartner sich im schlaf dreht. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Möbel in der Küche sind nicht neu. Dennoch haben wir den Auffenthalt genossen.

Eine sehr schöne Maisonette-Wohnung mit einem grandiosen Blick auf den Strand, das Meer und Lagos. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, leider zum Teil mit deutlichen Abnutzungsspuren (Sofa, Markise, Kühlschrank) aber noch tolerabel. Sehr guter Service vor und während der Mietzeit.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gross. Das Bad wurde neu saniert. Die Strandnähe ist super. Nur zum Einkaufen braucht man ein Fahrzeug. Die Austattung ist prima, wenn auch ein bischchen in die Tage gekommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das eine untere Schlafzimmer riecht etwas muffelig. Vielen Dank

Lagos, emplacement central idéal pour visiter la région en plus d’être une très jolie ville animée.

Un appartement méga propre, une literie très confortable, tous les équipements nécessaires y sont , des places de parking à disposition, des restos à proximité, la plage à côté, au calme. Lagos , charmante ville propre , une Marina sympathique et animée. Le soir , ça bouge , autant pour les jeunes que pour les familles. Pour visiter les alentours c’est idéal quand on a une voiture, Faro est à une heure et demi de route . Le seul bémol est le nom de la rue où se trouve l’appart, est quasiment impossible à trouver sur le gps .

Nice apartment with a nice view

The apartement was clean and has a very nice view from the balcony. The beach is close (300-400m). The bathroom looked brand new and was very clean. Furniture and equipment were also in good condition. When we faced a problem with one of the rooms, the host was very quick and forthcoming to find a solution.

Location top, humid and damp apartment

Upper (living) floor of the apartment was fine. However, the downstairs part of the apartment smelled like fungus and was very moist. Could not sleep in the children’s bedroom because of the smell. Towels didn’t dry, everything was moisty and damp. The furniture needs washing or replacement, stains and dirty. The kitchen is outdated as well as the bathroom and toilet. We will not come again, a pity since the location is fantastic. A lot of money for only the location. The mattresses on the bed in the masterbedroom were very hard so we put the mattresses of the other room on top since they were softer.

Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Appartement mit einer tollen Lage. 2 km von der Altstadt und mit Blick auf das nur 100 Meter entfernte Meer, das man vom Balkon aus sehen und hören konnte. Wir hatten Gott sei Dank nur 2 Tage Nachbarn die man hörte da die Wohnung sehr hellhörig ist, ansonsten waren wir im Oktober alleine und genossen die Ruhe. Was nicht so schön war : das Bad ging gar nicht und sollte dringend saniert werden. Der permanente Gestank aus den alten Rohren des Badezimmers war schon sehr störend und der Toiletten Deckel quoll auf und.......

Schönes ruhiges Haus direkt am Meia Praia

Es war ein schöner Urlaub am Meer! Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Der Check in und out ging über ein Schlüsselcode, Safe am Eingang so konnte man schnell mit dem Urlaub beginnen. Die Kommunikation war über WhatsApp und FEWO hat immer reibungslos geklappt. Es wurde sogar in den zwei Wochen die wir dort waren einmal Bettwäsche gewechselt und durchgewedelt. Das fand ich super... Eine Sache war in dem Haus nicht gut, die Rohrleitungen hatten einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch, das Bad war sehr klein hat nicht gut gerochen und die Toilette war im unteren Bereich nicht sauber... Sonst war aber aber alles in Ordnung. WLAN war sehr schnell! Was man auch noch erwähnen sollte ist der Balkon, gross und mit Blick aufs Meer, man hat das Gefühl man sitz direkt am Strand das Frühstück konnte man so in vollen Zügen genießen. Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine usw. alles da! Die Betten waren sauber und gemütlich, meine großen Jungs hatten im anderen Zimmer auch genug Platz. Die Umgebung war schön ruhig, Nach Lagos zu Fuss etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuss, besser ist wenn man Auto hat, da der nächste Supermarkt auch ca 30 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt ist. Also wenn man einen schönen ruhigen Urlaub haben möchte, direkt am Meer ist es zu empfehlen...

Helles, geräumiges Apartment in guter Lage

Sehr schönes geräumiges und helles Apartment in guter Lage, nur wenige Meter zum Strand. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es hat nichts gefehlt. Sehr bewueme Betten! Das Bad war nicht ganz auf dem heutigen Stand, aber alles hat gut funktioniert. Die üppig blühende Bougainvillea ist traumhaft!

Die zwei Ebenen sind gut aufgeteilt und die Aussicht top. Auch die Lage ist super. Küchenutensilien sind ausreichend vorhanden. Allerings muss das Bad dringend saniert werden.

charmante Ferienwohnung mit Strandblick

Die charmante Ferienwohnung liegt in einem der kleineren, älteren Gebäude und hat dadurch deutlich mehr Charme als die neuen Komplexe, etwas hellhörig, aber alle sehr rücksichtsvoll. Die Küche ist solide ausgestattet, auch mit ausreichend Geschirr. Alle Schlaf- und Wohnräume haben eine moderne Überholung erhalten. Die Terassen sind traumhaft, nicht zuletzt durch die über 2 Etagen reichende Bougainvilla und der Weg zum Strand denkbar kurz. Einziges Manko: Das Bad. Duschen mit Handbrause ist definitiv nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Auch positiv: Zwischenreinigung bei längerem Aufenthalt und schneller Ersatz bei defekten Gegenständen durch WhattsApp zur Kontaktperson vor Ort. Alles in Allem haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
