## Space
Morning coffee on one balcony, dinner on the other. The two outdoor spaces face different ways, so there is sun when you want it and shade when you don't. One holds a lounge set and sun loungers, the other a built-in barbecue and a small dining table.
Inside, the apartment is bright and laid out over a single floor. The living room opens onto the balcony and has air conditioning, as do both bedrooms, which counts for a lot in a Lagos summer. The kitchen is set up for real cooking: oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender and coffee maker, with a washing machine for longer stays.
Each of the two bedrooms holds two single beds of 90 cm placed side by side as one double. They stay in that configuration. With two bathrooms, four guests are never waiting their turn.
The complex has a shared pool and an enclosed playground, both a few steps from the front door, and there is a lift in the building.

Seven days before arrival, you'll receive a link to your personal Rental Valley guide with everything you need: check-in instructions, the location and code of your keybox, and all important details about the property.
## Neighborhood
Lagos is a popular coastal town in the western Algarve, known for its dramatic cliffs, golden beaches, and a lively old town where traditional architecture meets a thriving café and restaurant scene. Guests come for boat trips to the sea grottos, kayaking, surfing, hiking, and biking, or simply to enjoy the beach and the evening passeio along the waterfront.
The apartment sits in a quiet residential street just outside the centre, close enough to walk everywhere but away from the nightlife. Three large supermarkets are within five minutes on foot, and the old town and marina are five to ten minutes away. Meia Praia and Praia da Batata are a 20 to 25 minute walk, or five minutes by car. For a rustic fish dinner locals rate Tasca da Lota, and Pandaria Central does the pastéis de nata.
## Transit
Faro airport is about an hour by car, with car hire available in the airport car park. By train, Faro to Lagos takes around 1 hour 45. The bus station is five minutes on foot and the train station ten, though both run only a few services a day. Taxis and Ubers are easy to find and the town is walkable, but a car makes the wider Algarve much easier. Sagres is roughly 45 minutes away, Lisbon around three hours.
