Beautiful hotel with breathtaking views. Breakfast and dinner buffets were good and there’s also a second restaurant for lunch and dinner to order off a menu. Pool and property is well maintained. Staff is helpful if you need anything or want to book something. Rooms were a good size and bed was comfortable. We loved our stay here and much preferred it over a stay in Ponta Delgada as we had a rental car. You just can’t get that relaxing beach resort feel in the city like you can here.

The views are amazing! And the staff is very nice. Unfortunately the hotel breakfast was poor and of very mediocre quality. The dinner restaurant was a buffet with mediocre cafeteria quality items. Most surprising was the fact that the towels were ancient and yellowed badly needed replacement. The hotel needs a renovation if it is to become an attractive place. A pity since the location is truly phenomenal.

Beatiful location and friendly staff. The view from the room was stunning. The only thing holding it back was the breakfast. Nothing wrong but not much to choose from. What they had was fresh and well maintained. We didn't have dinner at the hotel since the only option we found was a "standard buffet", but there are plenty of good options close by.
