CASA BENAGIL on the ocean

Casa Benagil is a stylish, modern and completely renovated holiday apartment with fantastic views over the ocean and the beach of Benagil.

The property is located in the picturesque fishing village of Beneagil. The apartment has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. The highlight is the large roof terrace with unique views, a (heatable) swimming pool (4mx2m), barbecue area, a bar and a sun terrace.

The central location of this completely renovated apartment is a short walk from the two local beaches. Beneagil beach is only 100m away and Carvalho beach is just 300m away. In addition, there is plenty of choice from a number of restaurants that you will find within a 5-minute walk.

From the beach from Benagil you can take boat trips to for example the famous Benagil caves (O Algar de Benagil).

The whole house has been completely renovated with luxurious materials, is modern and has comfortable furniture. Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. The open living room with sitting area, dining room and kitchen are spacious and decorated with fresh furniture. Light and views were the starting points for the renovation and furnishing. Speakers are mounted in the ceiling that you can control with your smartphone (via WiFi, Spotify).

The entire accommodation is equipped with air-conditioning and is equipped with underfloor heating for the colder (overwinter) months. It is the ideal home for those who are looking for a modern accommodation in a location in an authentic fishing village with beautiful views. The spacious balcony can be seen as an extension of the living room and is equipped with luxurious (electric) louvers that collapse by means of a wind sensor.

Living room
From this room with large sliding doors, your beautiful view over the Atlantic Ocean. From here you go to the spacious balcony with glass fence so that the view remains unobstructed. The living room has a large LCD television (with all Dutch, English, Swedish, French and Portuguese channels). In the ceiling are speakers that you can operate with your Smartphone. The luxurious furniture completes it.

Bedrooms and bathroom
The master bedroom is furnished with a Smart TV (all Dutch, English, Swedish, French and Portuguese channels), Kingsize double bed (200cmx180cm), a cupboard with safe and a French balcony. The second, smaller bedroom has two large (90cm x 200cm) single beds. The room is equipped with a Smart TV (all Dutch, English, Swedish, French and Portuguese channels) and air-conditioning. This room also has a French balcony.

The bathroom of the master bedroom has a spacious shower, single sink, a toilet and a heated towel rail. Air-conditioning is also available. The ensuite bathroom of the smaller bedroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and toilet.

kitchen
The large kitchen has a lot of work space and is equipped with a ceramic hob. You will also find an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and a spacious breakfast bar. Ideal for the cooking enthusiast.

On one side of the large roof terrace is the (heatable) swimming pool and the sun terrace. In addition you will find the lounge zone with the cozy table fireplace where you can sit in the evening. The (gas) barbecue and the bar complete the luxurious feeling!
