The apartment is located in a traditional courtyard in Laglio—a characteristic village on Lake Como. It is reachable through narrow, picturesque streets in the historic center and has a private entrance from the courtyard, along with a small outdoor area where you can relax in the fresh air and enjoy a typical Italian setting.
Inside, you'll find a living room with an open-plan, well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a sofa bed. The sleeping area includes a master bedroom with a TV and a private bathroom with a shower.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and makes a great base for exploring Lake Como while staying in an authentic local context.
Laglio is a charming lakeside village—famously home to George Clooney’s villa—with narrow stepped streets that may feel like a labyrinth, but they offer unique character and beautiful panoramic views. Within a short walking distance (please note: there are many stairs), you can reach a bar, a restaurant, a small beach for swimming, and a bus stop. Public parking is available a short walk away. The nearest boat station is in Urio, about 3 km away, and can be reached by bus.
The apartment is provided with bed linen and a set of towels for all guests, as well as a welcome kit that includes oil, salt, pepper, coffee, pods, dishwasher and laundry capsules, shampoo, shower gel, dish soap, and toilet paper.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability goals as part of its mission. It is part of the NativooForGood project, which promotes sustainable short-term rentals in the Lake Como and Valsassina areas. City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
Tourist tax: 🏷️ TOURIST TAX
In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours.
