Fiora welcomes you through automatic farm gates, opening onto a generous driveway and private parking area.
The home features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a king bed and an occasional chair. Beds are dressed in luxurious flax and stonewashed cotton linens, layered with generous throws, blankets and a choice of pillows for added comfort (you won’t find sheets masquerading as quilt covers here, we believe in full linens, always!). Fluffy bathrobes are provided.
A full bathroom with a deep sit-and-soak tub is complemented by a separate powder room. Both spaces are stocked with premium Koala Eco amenities, alongside a Parlux hair dryer and a selection of hair styling tools.
A European laundry with washer/dryer combo, together with a fully equipped kitchen, ensures you have everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our one-touch coffee machine is stocked with locally roasted Greywood Roast beans, delivering exceptional coffee and hot chocolate at the touch of a button.
Outdoors, you’ll find a dining setting for alfresco meals, a comfortable lounge chair perfect for reading, and a Weber BBQ for relaxed outdoor cooking. Indoors, guests can enjoy a curated selection of books, board games, and an extensive Blu-ray/DVD collection.
Each stay includes generous breakfast provisions, with bacon, eggs, bread, muesli and fresh premium milk supplied for your stay. A thoughtfully curated minibar is also available, featuring local produce, favourite snacks, and a wide range of beverages, with both sweet and savoury options available for purchase.
Fiora has been thoughtfully styled with high-end finishes and carefully selected furnishings. Custom artwork inspired by the local region adorns the walls, while Robert Gordon lighting and locally sourced pottery bring warmth and character to the interiors.
Guests have exclusive access to over an acre of land within the village, including our separately fenced dam area, which is currently being restored and replanted.
Our location offers the perfect balance of escape and connection — peaceful without feeling isolated. During your stay, you may see farmers moving through the village during harvest, classic cars out for a Sunday drive, or neighbours waving across the paddocks.
The property is fully fenced, and while the landscaping is still establishing following Fiora’s completion in May 2026, the surrounding borrowed landscapes and rural views are truly spectacular.
Fiora has been architecturally designed with a 8.2 thermal star rating, making it cool in summer and warm in winter. Double glazed UPVC windows and doors and carefully designed insulation and orientation make Fiora exceptionally comfortable. Fiora is also fitted with air conditioning and a wood heater should you require them.
Fiora is ideally positioned within walking distance of the Laggan Pantry and the Laggan Pub, while Crookwell village is just a six-minute drive away.

Other things to note
Starlink WIFI is provided. Some guests on the Optus and Vodaphone networks have reported limited coverage in the area - we suggest connecting to the wi-fi on arrival to ensure you are contactable in the event of poor coverage.
