This spacious cottage of 91 m² comfortably accommodates up to 5 people. Housed in a former silk mill, in the heart of 2.5 hectares of wooded parkland, the Clarat estate, bordered by the river "Le Doux", will delight nature lovers.
Accommodation on two levels. On the first floor, a large living room with a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate toilet and a master bedroom with a view of the river (double bed 160 x 200).
Upstairs, a bedroom with three single beds 90 x 200 (possibility to join two to make a double bed of 180 x 200).
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee pods, filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, food processor and all the necessary crockery and kitchen utensils. You will also find an iron, a hairdryer and a vacuum cleaner.
The exteriors consist of a private terrace with its furniture and a set of shared green spaces of 2.5 hectares. This estate, on the edge of the river, has a large swimming pool (19x9m). The swimming pool is free and shared for all occupants of the estate.
This estate also has a petanque court, a ping-pong table and a children's play area.
In high season, a bar, a table d'hôtes and a small take-away service is available to residents. It is also possible to order bread and pastries every day in July and August.
In terms of activities, the place located on the Ardèche circuit is ideal for cycling enthusiasts. Many hiking trails are also nearby. Village visits, farmers' markets, farm visits or trout fishing or tourist trains will delight young and old.
