Farmhouse in Ötztal near Ski Areas

This old farmhouse has been completely renovated in 2017, is for sole occupancy and is not far from the main road that runs through the Ötztal. You have a large entrance with wardrobe, a large, cosy parlour in rustic Tyrolean style with beautiful sofa bed, tiled stove and satellite TV, a total of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. In the winter the ski bus that stops 200 m away will take you to the skiing areas of Sölden, Hochgurgl or Hochötz and the famous Längenfeld thermal spa is only 2 km away. In the summer you can start on hiking and cycling trails or reach the nearby fixed rope route right from the house . A nice garden with garden furniture and barbecue invites you to relax.
Please note that in this rustic farmhouse the entrance, parlour and individual bedrooms only have a room height of approx. 180 - 190 cm, but you will still have plenty of privacy.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
