Located in a charming village in northern Aveyron at 765 meters altitude, this characterful 150 m² house welcomes up to 8 guests to relax on a private, fenced 1,300 m² wooded plot, offering privacy and tranquility.



The ground floor features a spacious 70 m² living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, a cozy lounge, two bedrooms, a shower room, and separate toilets. Upstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms, including a master suite with private bathroom and WC. Bed linen and towels are included.



Amenities include a laundry room, large-screen TV, internet access, and various appliances: American-style fridge, microwave, mini oven, convection oven, capsule coffee maker, deep fryer, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.



Outdoors, enjoy the garden furniture and a gas barbecue. The house is heated by a central system and a wood-burning stove available for an additional fee, ensuring comfort year-round. An electric vehicle charging station is also available for an additional fee.
