Had a wonderful stay with my family. The checkin process was quick and easy. The room is perfect for a family of four. It was very clean. Microwave, fridge, and coffee machine all worked great. The television worked and had good options of channels. I loved the Dove options in the bathroom. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. We had a lot of fun in the pool. I usually don't eat the free breakfast but did this time. Great variety of foods. Kids loved the pancake machine. Husband liked the gym. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel helpful staff

Overall this was a nice hotel. The staff was very helpful in finding a place for me to park my truck and trailer. Hotels.com sold me a king room that the hotel did not have available and would not refund the difference. They blamed the hotel for me not getting a refund. I would book directly next time.

Should have chosen the Hampton Inn

Location was good. Elderly gentleman at checkout was great. Had room at end of hallway on first floor. Handicap bathroom. Toilet had brown marks at base of toilet and on the side wall. I had brought Clorox wipes to wipe remote and stuff so I cleaned the toilet myself. The hot water doesn’t get hot. The sheets had a bloodstain so I asked the front desk for a new one. Should have chosen the Hampton Inn

Parking sucks

The only complaint I have, and it’s a big one, is they allowed two travel buses to take up 7 parking spots each. When we came back after an area show, we drove around for almost 20 minutes before we could find a parking spot. That’s not OK. Parking was free, everyone paid for their rooms, why did the 2 buses get 14 spots?
