The staff were super nice and friendly. I wish there was a bigger/brighter sign because the entrance kind of sneaks up on you. If you’re approaching with the hotel on your right, the entrance is right before a caution sign.

Laura who checked us in on Saturday evening was very nice though she didn't have a name tag on. The room was nice though the mattress was much softer than we like. The thermostat was confusing to get the heat set warm enough for us. And the floor in the shower was really grey. And it was very loud hearing the kid running above us & people in the hall being loud.

1woman who helped was the lady doing breakfast on the 29 th and on the 30 th tidying rooms on the 3 rd floor Such a great worker! Our room is very comfortable and because I have two teenage grandchildren that like to have their own bed, the hotel manager allowed me an upgrade to a room with a couch for a tiny fee. Everyone is very happy here and would come back. We also enjoy the pool.

The staff were warm and welcoming. Our room was clean and parking was not a problem. Our bed was a little lumpy. The bathroom was ADA compliant. We also used the indoor pool. Very enjoyable getaway near family and convenient to local shopping. We have been staying here every year and look forward to next year.
