Location is at center of Weirs Beach up on a small hill. View is terrific of Lake. Everything is within walking distance so it is very convenient. You can stay at this motel for 3 days and not need to drive. The pool is well maintained with plenty of chairs. I would highly recommend this motel.

A great place to stay with beautiful views of the lake. I would recommend asking about the air conditioning, it was a little warm in our room even with the AC on high. The doors also squeak really loud.

This was my first time ever going to Laconia and it was a weekend away for myself and my 23 year old daughter. We were going to a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion and wanted to be close to the venue and make it a nice weekend away. This establishment is adorable and the staff is over the top friendly and very helpful. The room was extremely clean with very comfortable beds. I will absolutely be going again!! Lots to do in the area and so many things are in walking distance! Beautiful views of the lake!
