Very conveniently located home In Laconia. Directly across the street from the beach. Only an 8 drive to Weirs beach, boardwalk and all the area has to offer. A 15 minute drive drive to Gunstock for a fun day riding. Snowmobiling trails right up the street. Walking distance from downtown Laconia with restaurant and bar options.

I found the house very cozy and perfectly well located close to the lake. There are lots of beds and blankets, and it was comfortable. Our host was quick to answer any question we had and even left us some chocolate :) Thank you for this very nice stay!
