This 3-bedroom, 6-person house is located in one of the hamlets of a holiday resort set within a golf course, in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, a short walk from the swimming pool and paddling pool reserved for children. residents, and less than 10 minutes walk from the heart of the estate and its amenities including a bar, a restaurant, two tennis courts, a playground and an 18-hole golf course.
From the back of the house you can see the fairway of hole # 2 and the house has two terraces on two different levels and on which, comfortably installed, you can enjoy the scenery and beautiful sunny days.
The interior has been completely renovated with light and relaxing tones to make this chalet a modern and welcoming place. The interior consists of a living room with lounge, dining room and open kitchen, a first bathroom with shower, and the floor of a second bathroom with bath and 3 bedrooms.
For even more comfort in summer: on all the houses available in the residence, it is one of the few having been equipped with air conditioning in the rooms, a very important detail when it comes to holidays in the heart of summer.
