RĂ©jouissant

Nous Ă©tions deux sƓurs avec six enfants en tout. Le seul bĂ©mol est le fait que la maison est mitoyenne mais elle est trĂšs bien agencĂ©e, fonctionnelle. Le propriĂ©taire la dĂ©livre bien propre et a acceptĂ© de dĂ©caler un peu l’heure de sortie pour qu’on puisse la rendre aussi propre sans se lever Ă  l’aube. J’adore le site. On est vraiment dans les pins, Ă  5 minutes de l’ocĂ©an et du lac. La piscine chauffĂ©e collective est un bon recours quand il ne fait pas assez chaud pour aller Ă  l’ocĂ©an mais nous avons de la chance au niveau mĂ©tĂ©o donc on y est allĂ© deux fois en 15 jours. Je recommande !

Schönes Haus im Pinienwald

Das Haus ist inmitten der Hotelanlage „Vitalparc“ in einem Pinienwald gelegen. Der Vermieter Herr Roumier machte in der E-Mail Kommunikation einen hervorragenden Eindruck. Er hat sogar eine Fehlbuchung meinerseits korrigiert! Alles in allem kann man hier einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub verbringen.

Schönes und praktisch eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in der Ferienanlage Vitalparc im Pinienwald. Pool gehört zum separaten Hotel im Park. Lageangabe in der Anzeige trifft nicht ganz zu.

TrÚs bon séjour dans cette maison mitoyenne ouverte sur la pinÚde, au calme, bien placée dans le lotissement, proche du lac et de la mer en vélo, toute proche des golfs et du centre équestre. Plus de lits qu'annoncés sur le descriptif et si la fourniture des draps, serviettes et linge de maison était possible en option ce serait super !

On a Ă©tĂ© dans cette maison avec des amis pendant une semaine, c’est vraiment un endroit sympa. Tout est Ă  proximitĂ©, que ce soit la plage ou le centre-ville, et il y a beaucoup de beaux endroits. La maison est trĂšs pratique et toute Ă©quipĂ©e
 On a pu passer beaucoup de temps en extĂ©rieur Ă  profiter de la forĂȘt et du barbecue, je recommande !!

Au sein d'une rĂ©sidence agrĂ©able, la maison est bien agencĂ©e mais mĂ©riterait quelques amĂ©liorations (poignĂ©es de porte cassĂ©es, canapĂ© lit vieillissant...). Accueil par une dame trĂšs sympathique. La mitoyennetĂ© peut ĂȘtre gĂȘnante par moment, en fonction des voisins. Au final sĂ©jour agrĂ©able mais rapport qualitĂ©/prix assez moyen.

Une villa au coeur d'une forĂȘt de pins, dans un cadre trĂšs agrĂ©able et trĂšs calme (l'hotel Vitalparc n'Ă©tant pas encore rĂ©ouvert). Beaucoup de pistes cyclables Ă  proximitĂ©, qui permettent de bien belles balades ! Lacanau OcĂ©an n'est qu'Ă  2km avec sa plage, ses commerces, restaurants et superettes. Rien Ă  redire, c'Ă©tait vraiment trĂšs sympa !
