Our family villa is located 2 minutes walk from the beach of Lake Lacanau, in Moutchic, in the heart of a quiet and privileged environment.

The place is ideal for families, sportsmen for swimming, paddle, canoeing, kite surfing, wind surfing, hobie cat. Come and enjoy your holiday in complete serenity.
The cycle path is located on the way out of the house as well as the bike rental.

With family, friends or simply for two, this house will provide you with all the ingredients to share good times!

You will have all the comforts of a modern house that can comfortably accommodate 6 people, 2 terraces, a beautiful green space

The villa has a living room upstairs, with: Living room with sofa and TV, central island, fully fitted and equipped kitchen (halogen hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, Sodastream, toaster, etc...) overlooking the terrace upstairs. You will also find a bedroom with 1 bed in 160 as well as its sink and shower area.

On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms with a bed in 160 and the other with 1 bed in 180. You will also find a beautiful bathroom and separate toilet. The washing machine is also there.

Nature will of course be there: your rental is surrounded by a magnificent forest crossed by many cycle paths that will take you from the ocean beaches to those of Lake Lacanau without forgetting the centre of Lacanau Ocean with all its shops.
