'14' in Lacanau

Semi-detached house of 45m² without vis-à-vis facing south-west and completely renovated, "Le 14" is nestled in the heart of the national forest, between lake and ocean, on the edge of the Ardilouse golf course.

"Le 14" is located in a private residence with parking, made up of houses organized around a secure collective swimming pool (with a small pool for children) open from June 15 to September 15.

Close to the cycle paths, you will have access in a few minutes to the calm waters of the lake or to the downtown and its summer effervescence but also to the fine sandy beaches for lovers of idleness in the sun. You can also enjoy the kilometres of tracks that crisscross the pine forest along the dune ridge (heading south towards the Bassin d'Arcachon or north towards the Pointe du Médoc).
Lacanau is also one of the best surf spots on the Atlantic Coast, which board sports lovers will never tire of exploring.

"Le 14" is arranged on three levels (with attic mezzanine) and is ideal for comfortably accommodating 4 people in peace and quiet in all seasons. (Reservation open exclusively to families and couples)

Très bel emplacement et maison très propre. Indication sur l'annonce d'une surface de 45 m2 alors que la surface était au maximum de 35 m2. Lits superposés pour enfants de 6 ans maximum non précisés. Mes ados ont du dormir ensemble dans un lit double de 140 cm.
