A magnificent outdoor area with pool of 6x3 m2, a pergola with garden furniture invites to rest and family moments.
An annex is located at the end of the terrace with a bedroom with a large double bed (160), separate bathroom, toilet and laundry.

Close to the lake you discover and rediscover a Lacanau off the beaten track. The promenade of the port completely renovated and the beaches of the lake. You are at the entrance of the bike paths overlooking the marina. You have access to tennis courts.
