The house is in the town of Labeaume, a 10-minute walk from LABEAUME beach and 2 km from the center of Ruoms with all shops. Excellent restaurants in the villages of Labeaume and Ruoms, 8 km from Vallon Pont d'Arc. Lots of stores and a hypermarket. Sport and activities between 500 m and 3 km: Canoeing, crossing of the 3 rivers on horseback (many equestrian centers), hiking trails for all levels, cycling, fishing on the banks of the Ardèche, tennis court, numerous cultural visits. Very well placed in the heart of the Ardèche du Sud, possibility to visit the Gard and the Cévennes: Alès (45 minutes) St Jean du Gard, Nîmes (1 h 15 min), Uzès, Pont du Gard, 1 h 15 min from Avignon.
