The house sleeps 6 people and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub), 2 separate restrooms, and a large 52-square-meter living room with a fully equipped kitchen featuring all modern conveniences (air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.)
Spacious outdoor area with a private pool, large 120 m² deck, 36 m² shaded terrace (pergola), barbecue, plancha grill, and hammocks
Many activities await you, including canoeing and kayaking, horseback riding, tree-top adventure courses, hiking (near the house), canyoning, caving, rock climbing, a visit to the "Châteaux des Roure" (3 min—home to the world’s largest trebuchet), the Chauvet Caves (20 min), the Aven d’Orgnac (5 min), and the Pont d’Arc (10 min)...
To preserve the tranquility of the surroundings, quiet is required after 11 p.m.; the stars and nature will take over.
