In the center of a medieval village in the Bas-Armagnac Landais region, the cottage is one of the typical arcaded houses that give the Bastide its charm. This townhouse boasts a 46 m² interior courtyard with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a hot tub nestled on the balcony terrace. The cottage: The ground floor opens onto a spacious living room with whitewashed beams, giving the room a brighter feel. The open fireplace in the living room gives it a real touch of character. The kitchen is separate and equipped with every comfort (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven, 4 ceramic hobs). A separate toilet is provided. To reach the upper floor, you will appreciate the medieval character of the stone staircase. Upstairs: overlooking the heart of the bastide: office-living room with sofa bed and TV. Overlooking the balcony-terrace (with spa and interior courtyard): One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a private bathroom and toilet and one bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm).
