In the heart of the former small spa town of Labarthe-Rivière, a few kilometers from Saint-Gaudens, this renovated farmhouse is divided into three adjoining dwellings: the owners' home and two rural cottages. Parking is shared between the two cottages. A small garden is located in front of the door. On the ground floor: living room, kitchen, laundry room, shower room, toilet. Upstairs, the staircase leads to a large attic room (1 double bed (140cm) + 2 single beds (90cm) separated by a half partition). Gas central heating (payable from October 1st to May 31st). Pets welcome with an additional €50 deposit. Votive festival on the last weekend of August: 4 nights with dances and orchestra. Non-smoking cottage.
