Overall would give it a good rating . However , the mattress was too firm for my taste. Amenities were great though and enjoyed the pool and easy parking . The unit was very spacious and the staff was helpful.

Great hotel in beautiful location

This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The receptionist (blonde lady) spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. The pool was open all day to 9pm, with a special child friendly time from 5-7 which my child adored, and it was very clean and modern. We parked in the garage underneath the hotel (for a fee) which you need your room card to gain access. This was safe and secure. Breakfast was from 8am until 10am and had a good range of items available. However please be warned that Switzerland in general is extremely expensive, for everything, compared to the uk. The hotel is easy to find and has a fuel station/shop over the road for essentials, but again, be warned about the prices!!! You might need a mortgage to do your shop in this country!

All was good except we found some broken glass on the floor which a friend's 3 year old daughter managed to put in her mouth thinking it was snow/ice. Pool area very nice, good hot tub area. View was of a car park and petrol station rather than mountains as described but COOP was handy for food, as very well stocked.

Nice apartment with lots of space. Great for kids and pets. Nice bar downstairs. The shuttle to the ski lifts was quick and regular. The only downside was the showers. They need a proper shower head.

great time staying at the hotel

We got 4.5 rooms apartment for 5 adult + 2 kids. The apartment was clean, nice and spacious for our little kids to move around. The hotel has a good size swimming pool, nice jacuzzi with light & relaxing music area and on top of that a good sauna area. The hotel location is perfect and right next to the gas station (with small supermarket 'Coop' which we could just walk and fetch some fresh breads for breakfast every morning. There is also a hiking trail in the forest up to the hill behind the hotel. We had a great time there.

Spacious, modern and comfortable, Excellent!

Loved Peaks Place, modern spacious apartments with fully stocked kitchen and nice mountain views from the balcony. The Wellness area was fantastic, as good as any 5 star hotels I've stayed in across Europe and the States. There is 2 sauna's, a steam room, ice bath, hydrotherapy pool and 15 mtr swimming pool. Whilst the slopes are only a short 5 min walk, the hotel runs a regular mini-bus from 8am to 11am for guests, and the same in the evenings. A wonderful place to base your stay in marvellous LAAX.

There was nothing we didn't like . The apartment was a home from home with everything we needed . The heating was on when we arrived and this was nice as it was a clod day. There was a Coop on the corner near the apartment so you could get what you needed . The area was also nice, just few minutes walking to the LAAX. Perfect if you can skiing or snowboarding.

Modern apartment with lots of room.

The room exceeded expectation. It was a two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and living room area. Much more space than we needed. There was a closet in each room as well as a walk-in closet near the kitchen, also there were large coat closets in the entry way. The staff was very helpful. The shuttle bus was a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The spa facilities were wonderful.

Bel appart hôtel bien équipé

Établissement très sympa. Les appartements sont bien équipés et spacieux. Sur place, piscine, sauna, hammam. Spa et massages possibles en payant. Restaurant pour dîner ou pour le petit déjeuner (à payer en supplément). Parking payant (dommage au vu du prix des apparts) 15 euros par jour. Dommage que sauna et hammam ne fonctionnent qu'une partie de la journée. Enfin le peaks place est situé en bord de route. L'isolation phonique est excellente mais si vous voulez profitez du balcon.....alors là c'est insupportable....du passage de voitures non stop.
