August 18 – November 30, 2025: Roof renovation work will take place on a neighboring building. Construction noise is to be expected during this period. The site is located three buildings away from the apartment: https://maps.app.goo.gl/Sz33hAiqDdVy9i666.

Cozy 1.5 room apartment (32sqm) with balcony and view of the mountains. Sun from morning to evening. A bus stop is right next to the house and in a 10-minute walk you will find a grocery store and a bakery.

The apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed, kitchen with microwave, oven, steamer, fridge and dishwasher. Apple TV, WLAN and garage space available. To be able to ski, just a minute's walk to the bus stop and then take the free bus to the Laax valley station (10mins door to door!).
