This guest favorite is right on the water! Enjoy unwinding and relaxing on your own personal screened in porch listening the sounds of nature with some fresh country air or get out and explore all the amenities right on site. Throw a line in our 12 acre Lake Innsbruck or take the john boat out. You also have access to putt putt golf, recreational center, swimming pool, basketball, tennis court, shuffleboard and so much more. Within a few miles to the area's top attractions such as Callaway Gardens, Pine Mountain Wild Animal Safari, and FDR State Park just to name a few.
This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, nice lake view, an open floor plan, a furnished kitchen, living room with fireplace, washer/dryer, and even has a ramp and charcoal grill on the deck. You will have 2 Full beds upstairs in the loft, and 1 King bedroom and 1 queen bedroom downstairs. The community nice. The unit ok. Needs updates The deck to the door has wood rot and loose boards. The carpet is stained and should be replaced There were only 7 forks We went out and purchased plastic so we have enough for our meals. The dock was all wood rot and not safe to even walk on They charge for cleaning but they do not sweep behind the doors. The sink in kitchen backs up when dishwasher is on Nice area. Front desk is great about having enough golf clubs and stuff available

Cute little area

We stayed here while we were at a horse show at Poplar Place. The house was very cute and the area was nice. The neighborhood had lots of things for the kids to do. I would recommend updating a few of the finishing on the cabin but all in all it was a cute little place to stay.

Getaway

The cabin itself is nice needs work done on the outside. Who ever cleaned the cabin did not do very good job there was a piece of half eaten candy on the floor beside the king size bed along with a build up of dirty along the base board. The living room had dirty behind the recliners which was seen without moving the chairs. Every day we killed small roaches in the kitchen and livingroom. The people at the front office were extremely nice.

Great view

We really enjoyed our stay at the chalet. The screened in porch was so pleasant however there were only 3 chairs around the outside dining table and one of those was broken. If you have more than 2 people you couldn’t enjoy all the porch has to offer. Other than that we will be back.

Cockroach infestation

We let them know we were going to get in late so we thought it was a special touch that the lights were on for our arrival. At first appearance it looks like a very nice place to stay but as we looked around we found dead cockroaches in almost every room. Every day there were more. We kept the lights on to try to prevent the cockroaches from coming out even more. Everyday there were more. The big ones were all dead but there were smaller living ones. The place was well stocked with dishes but lacked fry pans. Needed to ask for more garbage bags and dishwasher soap. Never had papertowels. It could be a very nice place with a good cleaning and extermination but it was unfortunate that the windows, carpet, corners and mopboards were so dirty. Obviously a place we would not return to.

Great for a family stay!

This chalet was very clean and well kept. Perfectly located close to the dock. Perfect view of the dock and lake from back porch. Directly across from the recreation center and a short walk to the pool. The screened in porch was even better because there were pop up showers a couple of days. Property management was very professional and nice. There is a TV in the living room and upstairs loft only. Owner should consider adding smart TVs and maybe mounting small ones on the bedroom walls (I like to watch HGTV before falling asleep). That way guest could use their streaming services when they want to sit back and watch a movie later that evening or when visiting during the winter months and it's too cold for some activities. Please don't consider the TV suggestion a complaint LOL. This place was great!
