DO NOT RECOMMEND CUSTOMER SERV AND ROOMS BAD

Stains on linen. When i called front desk to ask for clean towels they told me to come pick them up at front desk. Requested iron and ironing board...the board did not have cover. In room size of 3 adults they provided 1 key and was going to charge extra. Wasn't aware this place rented as apartments this explained the baby roach. Also something bit me during my stay. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS RED ROOF INN LOCATION AT ALL!!!! The furniture is wayyyy out dated...put a few dollars with their rate and drive a little further. Oh but Newts Chicken at the gas station is the 💣

Clean room but didn’t realize they were not non-smoking rooms so was able to smell the cigarette. Bed was very comfy, the a/c worked really well. Nice shower, good hot water. Microwave, tv I didn’t use, refrigerator. Good price. I think there was internet but didn’t use it. Check in was a breeze via Expedia. No coffeemaker for this coffee lover. All in all was nice, it’s off the main highway, gas station across the street. The surrounding area could use a little help

Roach motel

The gentleman upfront, let my husband check in early and was very nice about it. However, the night we were there, we didn’t see anything but the next morning I went to use the restroom and there was a giant roach on the wall and it crawled down the wall into the floor behind the tub, and then I went out into the room and started looking and found bugs dead under the bed and everywhere else. We packed up early and shook out everything and looked for any signs of bugs in our stuff and when I told the gentleman at the front desk that that’s why we were leaving he said we should’ve told him yesterday like roaches come out when people are moving around and the lights are on!!!!! I wasn’t asking for any money back. I was just wanting to tell the man that there were a lot of roaches. Also, the gentleman saying the side of us had his TV on full blast for most of the night and it sounded like it was in our room, not the hotel’s fault but still the walls are very thin.

When u check in for two adults and four children they literally only give u two towels and when u ask for more they want the other two towels back to give u two again also the sheets are stained and they have cigarette holes in the sheets and covers and black smut on the pillow cases very flat pillows and will not give u any extra pillows and when u pay all at one to stay two days in a row u get in late the first night and the door is literally being knocked on before 8 almost waking your children To ask are u leaving or staying when it’s already paid for to stay again and they do not have actual cleaners just a hired handy man they are paying with a place to sleep and just the owners wife trying to clean rooms

The manger was very nice. The hotel room was your typical 2-3 star room. It was clean but lacked renovations. I was grateful to find this place on the way to Tybee island as an overnight stay.

The room smelled horribly! The sheets were sirty with brown stains on them! The lobby doors were locked and I had to ring the bell dor several minutes to get someone to check me in. The water in the bathroom toliet ran constantly!

The white girl that worked the office should not be working there if we customer are inconvenience to being assisted. The unnecessary threats was uncall for maybe because she felt serving whomever she selects. To top it off about every room was vacant and i prepaid online all the time as i always engaged with the Indians whom are the actual owners. Their the real owners. That's about the only thing is that the owners are ok but the rest is a minus the workers are lazy.
