Lovely hotel . Very high quality . Excellent quality food in the restaurant . Pool and gym. Just round the corner from a fantastic bakery (Boulangerie Esprit de Pains) if you don’t want the breakfast. Free extensive oatking. Quite clean and comfortable . Staff at the counter were really friendly and helped me with many things several times. The room is functional, clean, and spacious for my kids to run around. Room design and ambience were quite basic though, so don’t expect similar style as the typical international chain. Overall a comfortable stay!

I recommend totally! Second time I have been here. I love the silence, the room size, the cleanliness and the elegance of the place. The staff is polite and helpful. I just had trouble to open the gate; I arrived very late, was tired, the interphone is not very user-friendly and I had problems to contact the hotel by phone (the issue maybe due to my own cell phone). Definitely, I will rent a room again if needed -in one of my trips driving from Belgium to Spain and viceversa.

Absolutely stunning hotel with a very large, bright, open reception area with adjoining bar and separate restaurant. We had been upgraded to an executive room which was brilliant with a super king size bed. Separate shower room and toilet. The hotel is immaculately clean and provided an excellent nights sleep. The hotel had an outdoor/indoor covered (dome shaped) heated swimming pool Thoroughly recommend 10/10

Stayed with friends for three days to explore the region. A nice place for a stopover. with a good breakfast and nice resturant . Ideal location for both Tours , the Loire valley wine and chateaux. Our only negatives were coffee at breakfast ( dissapointing and out of a machine , ) and the TV which was not WIFI connected so no netflix or streaming . Other than that it was quiet and convienent with plenty of parking ( with secure barrier at night)

Hotel lovely, parking easy, room clean, but sink in bathroom would not drain and smelled badly. Very thin cheap, thin toilet roll. Breakfast was fine, though a 2 slice domestic toaster for that size of hotel was totally inadequate. Napkins thin and cheap. Only very small plates available. Checkout was difficult, as staff dealing with problem on computer, so i was ignored for quite some time. These issues may seem picky, but important if they state they are a 4 star hotel.

It was okay. The room was fine but the toilet had no sink so you had to go to a separate bathroom to was hands. Also the air conditioning was super loud and kept you awake. The hotel and the surrounding did not really look like the pictures. The pool was small and uncomfortably warm because it was in a glass cabinet. I’m sure it would have been nicer on a more cool day. Overall happy we had only booked one night but okay for a short stay.

The hotel staff are courteous and attentive. Lobby and dining room welcoming and efficient. Food was good. The housekeeping is outstanding. Our cleaners were excellent and accommodating. This is a bus tour hotel and the tours are well managed and guests add lively vibe to dining room. The swimming pool which is a huge asset, needs refurbishment. The liner is loose in places and water quality only adequate. It was closed for 1.5 days of 4 night stay. Biggest problem was pool ladder (one step on the ladder was missing and one side of the achor was detaching) was broken so getting in and out of pool was perilous, particularly for older adults. This is a great, practical hotel but it needs some repair.

Excellent hotel

Great hotel with plenty of on site parking. Most of the staff were very friendly and keen to help. Good food in the restaurant and good value. It is on the outskirts of town but with a LeClerc hypermarket across the road and an excellent boulangerue/patisserie nearby.
