EXCELLENT! Very clean, very generous with the amenities…lots of towels, great Starbucks coffee, soap, shampoo, towels, etc. Hot tub was awesome with great star gazing at night. Close to Zion (about 20 minutes) and Zion Canyon Hot Springs just 1 mile away! BONUS!

Easy access to Zion

Very nice accommodations for three couples on a three day stay to explore Zion National Park. The house was well furnished and brimming with hospitality. We could even freshly grind furnished coffee beans for that important morning cup. We would definitely stay here again.

Zion/Bryce Canyon National Park Trip

Great location. Grocery store is a 10 min walk or 2 min car ride down the street. Coffee and sandwich or quiche at the end of the street for quick drive through service on your way out. From this location you can easily choose the route through Zion or around Zion to Bryce. House was clean and had adequate bath and hot tub towels. Had most everything we needed! No inconveniences. Would stay again.

Spring break

This home was very clean and comfy! It was near several nice hikes which our kids enjoyed. We also caught Zion Jeep Tours one evening with Ben (so fun!) and had a fab dinner nearby at Balcony One for my daughter's 15th birthday. The hot tub was a treat with the weather being cooler in the evenings. Really comfy beds in all three rooms. Well-appointed kitchen to cook meals. We appreciated the stocked Starbuck's coffee. Also, it was handy to be so close to the local grocery. A really nice home!

Spring break stay

Our family of 5 had such a relaxing stay in this cozy home. I felt safe with all the safety features such as written instructions and fire extinguishers throughout The communication with host was quick when needed. Info was thorough. Only a 20 min drive to Zion National park. My sons all said the beds were so comfortable. One of the rooms was a little warm but host provided 2 fans which alleviated the problem. We had everything we needed.

Wonderful stay near Zion

We had a wonderful time on our fall getaway to Zion. Beautiful and very clean house. Everything we needed was provided, lots of small touches. The fire pit and hot tub helped us stay warm in the cool evenings :)

Great base for Zion NP visit

My new wife and I enjoyed “The Watchman” while visiting Zion NP on our honeymoon. It is just a short 25 minute drive to the park and has a grocery store a couple blocks away. The hot tub and fire pit area was the perfect spot to relax after long days exploring the park. We would definitely stay there again.

Close to the park

Clean and easy drive to Zion. Host is readily accessible. We had a few hiccups, but the space is fantastic for a group because it’s big enough to have your own space and be together. It is very warm in the summer months, it appears the a/c might not be able to keep up under 75 degrees on the thermostat, making the bedrooms almost unbearably warm. I’m sure this is a perfect property for the cooler months.

Loved this property!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house had everything we needed for the four of us. The beds were comfy, and the hot tub was nice after a long day of hiking. The location was perfect, only a short drive to Zion, with good restaurants nearby. We will be back, Thank you!
