The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious living and dining area furnished in a blend of modern and rustic style, complete with an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table, as well as a separate fully equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, an electric coffee machine, and its own dining table. A separate WC is also located on this floor. A balcony is accessible directly from the living area, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

The upper floor hosts all 3 bedrooms and the remaining bathroom facilities. The first bedroom is a double room featuring 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a private shower and WC. The second bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with 1 bunk bed of 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length as well as 1 French bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it ideal for families or groups.
