You will quickly feel comfortable in this large family house of 180 m2 that can accommodate up to 9 people. It has a rare, discreet, and exclusive location.

The ground floor is organized around a large double living room overlooking the garden, a spacious kitchen-dining room, and a bathroom.

On the first floor, four comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom, a washroom, and a separate toilet make up a high-quality sleeping area.

On the second floor, there is a second sleeping area consisting of a spacious bedroom with sea view, a bathroom, and an independent toilet.

On the garden side, you will enjoy the terrace, ideal for family meals and summer evening ends, around a barbecue.

The port and its shops are 5 minutes walk away. The nearest beach is located 500 m away and is suitable for families with young children. A little further are large white sand beaches (Kerbihan, Kervillen, Men Dû).
