The 30 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include a TV.

The mobile home offers a private outdoor area with a garden, a covered terrace and a playground. Additionally, guests can enjoy a shared outdoor space with a heated pool (open from mid-May to mid-September), a children's pool and a barbecue. The pool is supervised in July and August and a wristband is required as a deposit.

Nearby recommendations include the zoo of La Palmyre, Royan and its market, Île d'Oléron and its restaurants, Île de Ré as well as La Rochelle and its aquarium (destinations that are also ideal for shopping trips).
