Built for year-round use, with underfloor heating, heat pump, fireplace, new 85 inch 4k Television with Netflix, film library and OrangeTV with Smart TV service, ultra-fast fibre broadband with high speed WiFi.

The downstairs bedroom is fully wheelchair accessible, with an Italian style ensuite shower room with walk-in shower.
