Blanchetoure is a distinctive Maison de Maître, located in the green heart of the Périgord Vert in southwestern France. This historic 14th-century country house, once owned by the Knights Templar, combines authentic charm with modern comfort. From the house, you can enjoy a beautiful view of fields, forests, and a peaceful garden featuring an old walnut tree. The fenced-in private pool invites you to take a refreshing dip or spend a relaxing afternoon in the sun. An ideal spot for families or groups of friends seeking peace, nature, and French charm.

Inside
The interior is warm and stylish, featuring natural materials and a homey décor. The spacious kitchen-diner (6 x 9 m) features a Belgian bluestone countertop and a large dining table for cozy evenings. The living room, with its central fireplace, offers a cozy spot to relax. There are four bedrooms (three double and one triple), spread over two floors, with well-equipped bathrooms on the first floor and first floor. On the first floor, there is an additional sitting room with an extensive book collection, perfect for those who want to retreat for a while.

Outside
The house is situated on a private 2,000 m² lot with mature trees and unobstructed views of the fields. Across from the main entrance, you’ll find a romantic, walled summer kitchen with a herb garden, a large dining table under a wisteria pergola, and a barbecue.
