Escape to your own retreat in this brand-new house, decorated to make you feel right at home and nestled in the heart of a lush Costa Rican tropical forest, featuring a beautiful pool with a jacuzzi—all designed for your comfort and family enjoyment. Just minutes away, you’ll find rivers, volcanoes, waterfalls, hot springs, nature reserves, and plenty of tropical forest. It’s only 45 minutes from the Arenal Volcano!
Access to the house is via a code key that opens the main gate; inside, there is a combination lock where the house key is kept. The garage opens with a code. Surveillance cameras are installed around the house solely to monitor the outdoor areas for your safety. The property is located near the Bosque Eternal de los Niños nature reserve and the Bosque de La Tigra nature reserve. It features an incredible pool with a jacuzzi.

LIVING ROOM: Our main living room has south-facing windows that flood the space with light. There is a comfortable sectional sofa and plenty of space for a group to relax in the evenings and enjoy some family time. Our dining table seats 6 people. There are 6 additional stools at the kitchen island. Additionally, there is a table on the terrace with 4 more chairs. The living room and kitchen are equipped with ceiling fans.

KITCHEN: Designed by the owners in a fresh and inviting style, the kitchen opens onto the dining room and features a large island and new appliances, including an electric stove with oven. You’ll find all the tools and gadgets you need to prepare delicious meals for your family.

BEDROOM 1: Master bedroom with a king-size bed, luxury mattress, ceiling fan, air conditioning, and access to the en-suite master bathroom; it also features a large closet and direct access to the pool patio. It includes an Alexa smart speaker and a TV. A small desk and a double sofa bed.

BEDROOM 3: Bedroom with a single bed, a sleeping alcove with a double and a single bed, TV, ceiling fan, air conditioning, a closet, and a small sofa.

POOL, BAR, AND PORCH: Relax in our large backyard, which features a pool with a jacuzzi, beautifully illuminated with ambient lighting and a small waterfall. The bar features a beautiful built-in grill, 6 bar stools, a bathroom, a toilet, and an urinal. It comes with pool chairs, a small table for 4, and a set of armchairs for your comfort and relaxation on those beautiful, cool summer afternoons. The outdoor space is what makes this home truly special. Take a deep breath and feel the fresh mountain air. Lose yourself in a good book on one of our beautiful couches or chairs on the porch or on the lawn. Take a dip, float, or simply enjoy our beautiful private pool. Grill on the BBQ and dine al fresco on our back patio by the pool; enjoy your very own private bar area.

BATHROOMS: There is a full bathroom inside the main living area. There’s another full bathroom for other guests, as well as a half-bathroom, ensuring your comfort throughout the house. The pool area has a shower, a toilet, and an urinal.

GARAGE: The house has a garage with an electric gate that can accommodate two cars under cover. There is also parking for 3 additional vehicles in front of the house.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and surrounding property, with the exception of a few locked drawers containing the owner’s personal belongings.
