House by the harbor and near the salt marshes, with the beach 150 meters away

Discover our house located on the charming port of La Teste de Buch, offering a breathtaking view of the boats and its typical cabins to the west and the salt meadows and the Bay of Arcachon to the east. Imagine admiring beautiful sunsets from the comfort of the living room while enjoying a refreshing aperitif.

The 160m² house is arranged on two levels. On the upper level, you will find the living room, the kitchen, the master bedroom (bed 160) with en-suite shower room and a second bedroom (bed 140) with shower room. This level is equipped with air conditioning to ensure pleasant temperatures in all seasons.
On the garden level, 2 bedrooms (2 160 beds), a bathroom and a separate toilet, this level remains cool even in hot weather.
Outside, a large covered terrace, with a large dining table, a lounge and a barbecue (Big Green Egg) is available. Very quiet environment and conducive to rest.
For parking, you have the possibility to park in front of the house or if you prefer you can bring your vehicle in.
If you come with your boats, just contact the harbour master's office of the Port of La Teste de Buch, places at the port are reserved for summer visitors, you will have the possibility to have your boats right in front of the house.

Our region is beautiful and offers a lot of walks and visits in addition to the ocean beaches or the beaches of the basin. Go and spend a day in Cap Ferret by taking the boat or go up to the Dune du Pyla to have an aperitif at sunset!
