Located in a peaceful residential area, this comfortable villa of approximately 150 m², spread over two levels, welcomes you to the heart of an 800 m² wooded setting. Surrounded by greenery and bathed in light, it can accommodate up to 8 people and features 3 bedrooms, 3 terraces, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, and 2 toilets.

On the ground floor, an entrance hall leads to a first east-facing bedroom, furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe, with direct access to a shaded terrace. The separate, fully equipped kitchen opens onto a south-facing terrace, perfect for al fresco dining. A spacious, bright, and airy living room benefits from triple exposure and provides access to the south and west-facing terraces. A second bedroom, on the north side, along with a bathroom and separate toilet, complete this level. A utility room with a washing machine and dryer ensures optimal comfort. Upstairs, the mezzanine overlooking the living room offers a relaxation area with a sofa bed and television. There is also a shower room with a toilet, as well as a bright third bedroom, facing south and east, furnished with two single beds and a large wardrobe. Outside, three sunny terraces allow you to enjoy the sun at any time of day, while the landscaped garden, adorned with a beautiful eucalyptus tree, invites relaxation. The garage is for storage, and parking is readily available in front of the villa or on the street. Perfectly equipped, easy to live in, and very bright, this house benefits from a prime location: Pyla beach is a short walk away, a small grocery store is nearby, the Moulleau district is a ten-minute drive, and the famous Dune du Pilat is just five minutes away. Pets are welcome subject to prior agreement. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin" (code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is available as an option, and end-of-stay cleaning is included, provided the accommodation is left in a normal condition during the rental period.
